You’ll need: •8 dates •1/2 cup peanut butter •1/3 cup lightly crushed corn flakes •2-3 tbsp maple syrup (optional) •3/4 cup chocolye chips Pit the dates & place on a parchment lined tray or plate. Mix together the PB, maple, & cereal. You don’t have to add the maple syrup, if you don’t like super sweet things). Add a little of the cereal mixture to each date. Melt the chocolate either dunk the dates in or cover them. Place in the freezer for at least an hour to firm up!
