Full day of eating vegan at Disneyland and California Adventure! I started with a delicious Mater’s Jolly Jumpstart slush (cranberry and sprite slushy with cinnamon syrup), then my family and I got the plant based breakfast at Pym’s test kitchen! Later in the day we tried their delicious holiday arepas encantadas (seasoned impossible meat on a cheeze filled arepa topped with pickled onions) then migrated to Disneyland! At Disneyland, we had the Ronto-less wraps (seasoned impossible meat sausage topped with cabbage slaw and gochujang dressing) with blue milk and the Toydaria Swirl. Near the end of the evening, we tried the savory and spicy vegetable gumbo which was perfect for the cold winter night.
