Beer & cheese - two of our main food groups! Try this Pumpkinhead Beer Cheese at home and let us know what you think! Recipe: 1. Melt 8 oz cream cheese in a large saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add 8 oz Colby Jack cheese, 8 oz sharp cheddar, 6 oz pumpkin beer, and 1 teaspoon salt. Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens, stirring frequently 3. Remove cheese sauce from heat and serve hot.
