{AD:PR stay} Take me back! We’ve just come back from the loveliest break up in the Scottish Borders with @crabtreeholiday . I knew the lodge would be beautiful, as we’ve booked holidays with @crabtreeholiday before - delicious interiors come as standard in their luxury holiday cottages - but Rowchester West Lodge exceeded all expectations. You can see all of the beautiful details for yourself in the reel, but what I loved the most was how comfortable the lodge was. A corner sofa made for lounging and a window seat which has inspired me to design one for my kitchen bay window immediately! And super comfortable beds 👌🏻. A highlight was when Claire, the lovely owner of the lodge, asked if Polly and I wanted to take her rescue donkeys, Wonkey and Haribo, for a walk, while Chris and Kitty were out on a day trip to Edinburgh. We loved it, Polly was in heaven and I think she’s made some core memories there ❤️. I cannot recommend Rowchester West Lodge more highly, the absolute peacefulness of the surroundings was just what I needed, and if I hadn’t had family coming to stay with us at home last night, I’d have, without hesitation, booked us in for a couple more nights.
