INGREDIENTS: â
3â4 cup soy milk or milk of choiceâ
1 red apple, cut into piecesâ
1 frozen bananaâ
1 date pitted (optional)â
1â4 - 1â2 tsp vanilla extract (to preference)â
cinnamon to tasteâ
1 tbsp almond butterâ
1 serving vanilla protein @drinkhappyvikingâ
3 to 4 ice cubesâ

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Optional: top with your favorite granola. Enjoy!
