Good morning mis amores 🐝 I feel like you’ve most likely seen this product everywhere on Instagram and if you don’t own it already, you probably have some questions... So I would like to share a few key 🔑 points with you and if you’re on the fence about it, I might be able to help. So let’s jump right in: • Packaging: It’s undeniably gorgeous and aesthetic so I see why so many consumers would be interested in purchasing, also Im referring to the mini size in this review and I love that I can carry this around with me everywhere I go. • Price: The travel size which contains 1.7 Fluid Oz costs $44 and the large size contains 3.4 Fluid Oz costs $83 which is were my little dilemma arises. • Scent: I suck at describing smells so here’s what I can say; its sweet but not overpowering. First you get a light floral scent which I find more powdery than sweet. The honey scent is detectable but not very present over all. I find myself needing to reapply every other hour, meaning the lasting power of this is a little weak in my opinion. • Quality/ User experience: I feel like the quality is where I have an issue, if the travel size is 44$ and I need to carry it with me to make sure my hair smells gorgeous all day, that means I’ll definitely run out sooner rather than later. I think that if the lasting power was extended then this would elevate the experience and make it a little more worth the investment. That begs the question: If you’re finding the need to use a lot of it, then just get the the full size! Seems reasonable right? Well, I think not. Why would I spend $83 dollars on a hair perfume that while might look cute, it’s not a unique scent and the smell lasts under two hours. For the same amount of money I can buy an actual perfume which is formulated with better, longer lasting ingredients. So would I repurchase? Maybe. I might pick up another mini during the Sephora sale as a little treat for myself or if I got this as a gift I would definitely be excited and grateful but im still a little on the fence about it. I also thought about getting the hair oil just so enhance the lasting power of the perfume but the quality doesn’t justify the cost.
