This is one of my favorite moves to do during a facial 💞It was actually one of my signature moves when I worked at a day spa and I’m excited to re-incorporate it back into every facial 🧖‍♀️unless there are contraindications such as neck injuries. It’s an amazing opening ritual 😌 to help the client release neck and shoulder pain. This move opens up the back and is a great start to the Glow Haus experience.
