Kermitcock Chicken on the @traegergrills Timberline!My buddy @Al Frugoni showed everybody a cool new method to cut your whole chicken to get it looking like a frog! 🔥🐸🐔🔥 It’s a lot like a spatchcock style where you are lowering the profile of the chicken and opening it up to allow it to cook more evenly.
