A couple of years ago I asked myself how I could serve runners in a better, more meaningful way. I knew individual coaching wasn't an option for everyone and training plans can only privide so much information. The idea of a course came to me and I knew it was the perfect thing for @sagecanaday and I to create together. I started preparing and planning the course a couple of years ago (some "life happened" which slowed things down). Then since spring, Sage and I have poured our hearts, minds, and a ton of time (and then some more time) into this project. It feels odd to finally let go of it and release it into the world, but it's time. I truly hope it helps people reach their goals and enjoy running even more.
