We’re serving more than 160 meals to the elderly in our community. Some of them are people with disability, some are grandparents who are the caretakers of their grandchildren, and most are living in poverty by themselves. Healthy meals 3 times a week is just the first step of our dignity checklist. We’re working to make sure they have safe homes, running water, doors that lock, and things to look forward to. This is where the art class comes in. Crwating a space for joy, connection, and beauty.
