BESPOKE DOT 500’s PROGRAM - I suppose this is my equivalent to Porsche’s “Paint To Sample” program. The Dot 500’s are likely one of the more abstract objects I’ve done, if not almost confusing. The idea was to allow others to further abstract it. Whatever color the buyer chooses applied via screen print or flock (4th photo!) onto the traditional 500’s. In a sense, I view these as a commissioned sculptures to be hung on a wall more so than they are to be worn. Though I encourage buyers to do as they please.
