If you work out for your mental health, here are my fav steps to maintain this healthy habit:
⭐️ Focus on consistency over intensity
⭐️ Make it a part of your routine -> select a trigger cue that get's you into the action*
⭐️ Listen to your body, what it needs
⭐️ Rest & Recovery = Queen 👑
* I get home from a dog walk, roll out my mat & follow my predetermined weekly split which includes 4 days of yoga/stretches and 3 days of training with different focuses
