Winter is official in full force now here in Wisconsin. Which means lots of time spent shoveling snow. ❄️ Today we wanted to share 2 of our best tips for proper shoveling mechanics! ✨ Tip 1: Don’t hold your breath - you never want to hold your breath during exertion because this can put added pressure down on your pelvic floor. Tip 2: Pay attention to levers - you want to keep the shovel as close to your body as you can, and your lead foot as close to you the snow as you can. Tag a friend who could use these tips! ✨
