I love toasties but this is definitely my favourite one I’ve ever made 🤤 Ingredients: Sourdough Ricotta Sun dried tomatoes (+ a little bit of the oil to brush onto the bread) Feta Avo mash: 1/2 an avocado Fresh herbs Spring onion Pinch of salt Drizzle of honey Add to a sandwich press or air fryer and cook until golden Slice up and enjoy!
