home 🤎 right where we belong 😭. after 12 days in the NICU, this mama’s heart has never felt so happy than to be home with all my babies in one place. cannot thank each one of you enough for your prayers and encouragement throughout this journey. we truly felt every single one of them and are SO THANKFUL TO BE HOME with our miracle! 🫶🏼
