The only even slightly difficult thing I’ve found since turning vegan in January is the lack of choice in restaurants, but oh my good god am I happy to have discovered the @thetipsyvegangroup - we had the oyster mushroom calimari, leek and bacon arancini balls, jackfruit tacos and Mac & cheese with chorizo. I’m absolutely stuffed and drooling.
