In Lash’s debut EP, House of Women, I focus on just a few of them. All inspired by Federico García Lorca’s play “La Casa de Bernarda Alba,” where Bernarda’s inhospitable authoritarian home leads her daughters to seek their own distinctive modes of survival. Each culminating in some varying degree of tragedy. It’s easy to see the same can happen within one body. So, this is about the self. The feminine range on display.
