This mole is ICONIQUE. @pujolrestaurant was a beautiful experience, from the wonderful surroundings to the great service staff. The food was very creative and you could tell the care taken in preparing in the food. That being said, I don’t think it was the tastiest meal that I would return to - definitely an experience worth having though and a foodie bucket list location! The iconic mole was super flavorful - a 8 year stewed mole and younger mole and you could easily tell the difference in complexity between the two. Loved it! #mexicocity #cdmx
