Since my original post was deleted, I’m reposting these Mango Strawberry Gin Popsicles made with @empress1908gin. Save the recipe below! . Ingredients: (makes 10) 1c mango (fresh or frozen) 2 oz Lime Cordial 1.5 oz Empress Gin 1 cup tonic water 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2 oz Lime Cordial 1.5 oz Empress Gin 1 cup tonic water Directions: 1. Blend the first four ingredients until smooth and set aside. Repeat with the next 4 ingredients. 2. Pour the mango mixture into silicone popsicle molds, filling halfway. Fill the remainder of the popsicle mold with the strawberry mixture. 3. Cover and add popsicle sticks. Freeze for 5 hour or until solid.
