Being the small child of a huge family made me quickly understand the uniqueness of vintage. New stuff was rarely around but I felt the coolest kid wearing my brothers hoodies or my anties leather jackets to school. I learnt that things are not something to hold on to but rather to pass it on so can keep on remarking other people, stories and lifes. I understood by then that things don’t define us, only our own real experiences do. • I bought these earrings from an old lady in deep Red Hooks, NY back in June.
