What a fantastic @parkrunuk day! Headed to @newportparkrun with @angela_is_running_to_fitness and met up with loads of @motialbany mates. It was also the first outing for my new #clwbrunwales Moti T-shirt 🥰 The weather was gorgeous and perfect for running. The course was new and I loved it. The vibes were immense especially with the recently launched parkwalk initiative - it really added an amazing dimension today. A great intro from RD @lizmounfield 👏 Great encouragement off @runningtheport and the other marshals as I ran the course. I felt really fab this morning and enjoyed my run immensely! It was great to be able to meet and have a quick chat with @parkrunuk founder @paulsintonhewitt - crazy to think it was this man’s idea that’s resulted in my having 267 awesome Saturday mornings so far!!! Thank you!! And thanks to everyone involved in making today happen. Once everyone had finished me and the gang headed to the cafe for tea, chat and in my case a veggie sausage bap 😋 As per usual, a great Saturday.
