A moment where life felt unreal... Feels crazy to me, to be dropping a video like this. A few months ago, I had the dream of doing a big backflip out of a helicopter with a bunch of friends around, sharing good times. I was scared sh*tless. Mainly because the highest straight jump i’ve had before this was about 50 feet, so the thought of a double back off 65ish felt wild. 💀 I was torn between the two sides of people telling me I shouldn’t do it, and the ones that knew I could. I pictured it in my head for so long, how i’d feel on the edge, wind howling, propellers screaming. My hands couldn’t stop sweating at the thought it for a few days leading up. When the day finally came down to it, I was blessed to jump with my good friend @adventuremandan and @monicaroams 🦋 We listened to @rufusdusol on the way up, light rays peering throughout Hawaii’s sheer ridges, and we were approached with what seemed like an endless ocean, deep with power. Then the magic began, and the colosseum had opened it’s gates, it was time to enter dreamworld ♾ Thank you to @thesunexperience for all of the support throughout the jump, and for @compass.travelers and the rest for holding down the fort in the water.
