Ocean. Waves. Stillness. Being back in the water today reminded me how deeply we are connected and similar to the ocean. How powerful it is. How powerful I am. How it allows itself to change. To be loud. To be calm. To be deep. To be shallow. To just be, unapologetically. May we all take up space in the world the way the ocean takes up 70% of this earth!
