In honor of #NationalWhiskeySourDay, add a decadent twist to a classic with the New York Sour. 2 Parts Hudson Four Part Harmony 1 Part lemon juice, freshly squeezed 3⁄4 Part simple syrup 1 egg white 1⁄2 Part red wine Add all ingredients except red wine to cocktail shaker without ice. Shake hard to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake hard and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
