Throw back to the time when mom came to visit and I made her these #keto peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. 🍪 Mom is slightly diabetic so these low-carb, no-sugar treats were perfect for her. 1 cup of pure peanut butter (mine was from @mayversfood , no sugar & lightly salted, if your peanut butter has no salt then you may want to add a tiny bit) 1/2 cup of powdered erythritol 1/4 cup of almond flour 1/4 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips (I use @lilys_sweets )
1 large egg INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a dough 3. Divide the dough and shape into 12-15 cookies 4. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are browned 5. Allow the cookies to cool and harden... ENJOY! 😋
