So where do I start... firstly this prep has not been the easiest because of work and travel etc but we made it work. The time and effort put in by not only myself but @karl_snr & @adriano_the_saxonking to get me to this point has been phenomenal 🙏🏾 I took first place in my class 🥇 then went on to win overalls and collect a nice sword plus a first place trophy 🏆🗡️ Now competing isn’t for everyone and some look at it as if it’s unhealthy but I believe done correctly & doing it for fun can really Channel your mind into something positive.
