Replying to @majepat Here is a video for viewers who are thinking of learning to shuffle but think they need to get confident first. For me, and many shufflers I’ve talked to: confidence comes with *doing* not waiting. Dancing has led to so much more confidence and trust in my body. My moves arent perfect, I’m not smooth like the pros and I’m much older than many of the athletic shufflers on the internet but by dancing regularly, working toward little goals, taking classes, drilling and sweating, I love my body now more than ever and through that love and skill development, my confidence has followed!
