Belated Mother’s Day post. If you know me at all, you know that these three fur kids changed/saved my life on many occasions, and made me a mom. They may not be human, but they are the loves of my life and due to some pretty terrible and ugly circumstances, I won’t have them with me for the unforeseeable future. To my Bruce, Leeloo and Mavis- You will always be my babies, no matter what. The grief at times is unbearable. To all the other moms out there that are grieving, I see you. To all those who may not have a relationship with their own mother, I see you and I grieve with you. #mothersday
