This line from TLTW&TW has always rolled around in my head every so often. Subtly reminding me that it’s not a sense of safety I desire in my life... because being obedient in what He’s asked me to do can put me in places where I don’t feel safe. And that’s okay because His presence is what I care about more. I look at so many people from the past who walked with Jesus & can see that safety was never something promised to them. They most definitely faced death, discrimination, & so much more in being obedient, but none of them were ever alone. There is all ways a #4thmaninthefurnace 🔥 Daniel 3
