The Hall Family is hopeful that this investigation will reveal the truth towards justice for their son. At the recent Unity March in Washington, D.C. last month, Fe Hall stated that Christian “called 911 himself and told them that there’s a suicidal person on the bridge. It was a cry for help. The response ... was eight bullets.” The Hall Family will continue to push for mental health reform to create a universal procedure outlining how to handle mental health crisis situations.
