Trying to compress the best four days in to a 90 second reel is impossible but I took a stab at it. The biggest thank you to the boss of all bosses @ciaralondon for taking the @bodybyciaraapp trainers on the best break EVER. After two and a bit years of the app, we finally managed to get away, for a team holiday. I actually cannot put into words how amazing this time was, and these 90 seconds don’t even scratch the surface. I’ve never been so grateful to be surrounded by such positive energy. This is a family unit. The love I have for each individual is mad, and we know how strongly it’s reciprocated amongst us all. We worked, we played and we lived our best lives. The saying ‘good things happen in life when you surround yourself with positive people’ couldn’t be truer. BRB gotta get the dust outta my eyes 🥹🥹🥹
