Eggnog Cocktail 🎄🥚🍸✨ Welcome to the second episode of my 12 Cocktails of Christmas. Yes, you guessed it... Im sharing 12 cocktails that you can stir, mix and shake up this festive season. Next up is a Spiced Rum Eggnog. I love eggnog and it always reminds me of Christmas. In the US you can get (non alcoholic) cartons of it around Christmas and it’s just like drinking a custard milk. What’s better than that at Christmas? In this boozy version I’m using a combination of @Deadmansfingers spiced rum and @jimbeam bourbon. Feel free to use just the rum or just the bourbon (Id increase the cinnamon & nutmeg if you are doing the latter. The body of the drink comes from the whole egg, so use the freshest as possible eggs. Spiced Rum Eggnog 50ml @deadmansfingers Spiced Rum 50ml @jimbeamofficial Bourbon 20ml @monin_uk Vanilla Syrup 1 Whole Egg (@clarence_court are the best) 20ml Double Cream Pinch of Cinnamon Freshly grated nutmeg Ice Add all ingredients (Except the nutmeg) to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) Then fill with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds to chill. Strain into a coupe glass (I found mine at @ikeauk) and garnish with a grating of nutmeg.
