Don’t waste your life chasing a smaller body. It will not make you happy👎 I get it. Body image is hard. Especially in 2022. We think we need to look a certain way to be accepted on social media to get LIKES and in real life to receive LOVE. It’s deeply messed up. I say it a lot. But every BODY is meant to look and feel different. And that’s amazing! It means we are all our very own unique limited edition versions of human on this planet! There is NO ONE like you. And I think that’s a whole lot more special then wanting to look like someone else with rare genetics 🧬 Want to look like me? Eat a burger. Lift some weights. Eat some chocolate. Enjoy long walks. Eat some more. 🤣🫶
