Ii have always believed that singing can contribute greatly in a positive way to your mental state of mind, releasing endorphins left right and centre, which is why I love singing so much and which is why I agreed to be involved in Britain get Singing with the @loosewomen @1judilove @kelle.bryan @lindarobson58 @coleen_nolan @denise_welch, it was an emotional time as it wasn’t long after my baby Jamals passing, but I’m glad I took part, not to mention performing in front of the phenomenal @iamwill @aleshaofficial @adamlambert @jasonmanford.
