SENIOR SPOTLIGHT !!️!!️ Our next senior is Emerson Mikkelsen! She’s been in lhs choir for 4 years and plays Lightning McQueen in our varsity show choir this year! She is also involved in NHS, F4C, and Tri-M at lhs! Outside of school, she’s a recreation leader at Irving Middle school and a lifeguard for the special Olympics swim team. Her favorite part about being in choir is being apart of the growth of our group and making connections all throughout the midwest. Her favorite memory from show choir was attempting four part harmonies with friends while waiting for finals awards! Emerson is so talented and is always willing to put in the work to help improve our choir! We will miss her energy next year but can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!
