Last Friday we all shed a tear as we said goodbye to Hilary Brett. She was interviewed in a Veggie Pret which could have really backfired, but she joined us as General Manager of BAO Soho, she ran that place like a boss, just like she did when she opened BAO Borough. Promoted to Operations Manager in 2019, and became defacto CEO of Rice Error duing the pandemic; she has played a huge part in making BAO successful and in nuturing our team into future managers. She is leaving behind a legacy that she has built over the last 4 and half years, but we are so excited and proud of her moving on so she can focus on studying for her MBA.
