✨ Sit on a towel blanket or pillow while wrapping on the ground.
✨ Lean your back against something while wrapping on the ground.
✨ Place a rolled up towel under your arm while wrapping.
✨ Try wrapping on a high surface while standing to help put less pressure on your back, neck, and spine.
✨ Prep everything before you start!
