How to dry hydrangeas for fall decor 🍂👇🏻 Sharing how to perfectly dry hydrangeas so you don’t end up with shrivelled up ones! ▪️Cut your stems before the flowers go brown ▪️Make sure you cut your stem long enough for your vase ▪️Remove the leaves ▪️Arrange them in a vase with water ▪️After a week or two you will notice the hydrangeas are dried out and crispy, and the water will evaporate A flower nursery and a few other places told me to hang them upside down but that didn’t work for me - they shrivelled up! My favourite hydrangeas to choose for drying are the ones that go a little pinky in the fall.
