When using a cream product it really depends on the formula that is chosen. If the product is highly pigmented I usually use my fingers to be able to control the blending of the blush - I love this cream blush by @roseinc not only it’s easy to blend , melts into the skin so beautifully but also highly pigmented and long wearing.
