same same same. a mid-month purge of archived moments, sentiments and reflections. 👓 💭 i do believe that one of our greatest forms of currency can be our desire and commitment to truly “seeing” others. harnessing the spaciousness and ability to “drop-in” with the intent to meet another where they are. pushing away from our personal biases, prejudices, judgements and doubts; pulling closer into our ability to be present, curious, an active listener and sometimes even non-reactive. what if we took more time before responding, deciding, and acting. of course—we will not consistently get this right nor does every scenario require non-action. i believe that many instances require grace and for us to error towards seeking a deeper understanding independently of our own preconceived notions or experiences. this past year has catalyzed my personal reflections around our desire and ability to see others. unfortunately we feel so far away from this ability and in turn—this has deepened my devotion to and furthered my appreciation for radical candor. i am grateful to those that have invited me “in” to “see” them unconditionally and without fear, and i appreciate those who accept my invitations or make consorted efforts to “see” me. happy holiday ✨
