We have a new cheese called 'Old Roan' on our counters. We're excited to be selling this Wensleydale cheese in our shops and hope to be able to offer it more widely to our wholesale and online customers in the new year. It's made using raw cow's milk in Yorkshire by Ben and Sam Spence from @curlewdairy. They spent time learning from other esteemed cheesemakers and being advised by @thecourtyarddairy and the result is delicious. We're excited to see how this cheese develops.
