KEEP IN MIND - sets and reps are really going to depend on how much weight YOU are pushing, what your goals are, and what’s challenging for you!!! If I was going lighter with my weights, I would most likely be aiming for higher reps.
Even with these rep ranges, if you can push an extra rep or 3, GO FOR IT. The progress doesn’t come from those 6 reps, it comes from the 2 more that you push even AFTER that felt impossible but you did it 🤝🏽
