I woke up this morning feeling so #Grateful I spent the weekend with old childhood friends & #FAMILY, the highlight was bringing my 94yr old mom out to 2 events in Harlem! I swear I’m my mother’s daughter, she loved to dance & didn’t let any grass grow under her feet 😂! She throughly enjoyed being out, listening to music & socializing, if you have elderly people in your life, make sure to visit them often & if you can incorporate them into your life!
