my 2025 library wrap up 📚‧₊˚🎄✩ ₊˚🦌⊹♡ as you guys create your book goals for 2026, i hope one of yours is to use the library more. it’s scary to think that something as vital to the community like the library can be taken away, so it is important to show its demand ♥️ here are some ways i utilize my library that will hopefully inspire a few of you to get a library card: 1. audiobooks to help me read my physical tbr. i wish i remember who said it, but a book girly recommended to tag my entire tbr on libby for when it was available. it helped knock out my tbr in 2025 from 100+ books to 62! 2. try out books. sometimes i’m skeptical idk if a book is for me, so i rent them out, read a chunk, and if i love it enough, i’ll go buy it. this also saves me $$ bc this economy’s too expensive to be buying books you don’t love 😭 3. renting manga and e-comics! this one is SO underrated and as much as i love my manga collection, sometimes i don’t reread them as often so using my library for this is the best. website used to approximate: https://ilovelibraries.org/calculator/
