Aiming for maximum appeal, property flipper and interior designer Kristy Spencer opted for a palette of sandy neutrals and warm texture when it came to the overhaul of this once dark and dingy home in Sydney's west.
And with a healthy profit of $330k in her back pocket, it's safe to say she's pretty happy with the result - despite a bittersweet goodbye. "I try not to get overly attached to the properties I flip. Ultimately, I'm always happy to see the houses go to lovely families who are going to enjoy and appreciate them for years to come."
