My heart aches so much. 😭 My papi was a God-fearing man, such a caring, thoughtful, loving, hard working, funny and kind man. His love for God was always shown by his love to help others, His love for his family. He had a big heart. 💛 I’m grateful for the years I was blessed to have him as my dad, and as the best abuelo to my boys. He was always there for me, I will always remember all the sacrifices he made and how he made everything better. I miss him terribly, his voice, his laugh, his hugs. I miss him calling me “borreguita.” I miss him telling me that everything will be ok, to keep going and to put it it all in God’s hands because He’s in control. I miss watching fútbol with him and talking about our teams. I feel like part of my heart will always be broken but I know God’s promises and love will carry me through. Hasta mañana, papirringo.
