We know the amazing things sex can do for our mood and mind—from the release of endorphins and oxytocin to the emotional intimacy we can feel with a partner. But what to do if we are almost never in the mood due to stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health issues?😇⁠ ⁠ In this workshop Camilla Storgaard @storgaardcounseling, a counselor in sexology, will talk with us about mental health stigmata and how to integrate taking care of ourselves before, during and after sex. Our mental health has a big impact on our libido, our presence during sex and our needs for aftercare. She works with women, men, couples and gender-divers individuals. She helps them improve their day-to-day life, overcome personal difficulties, make postitive changes to their relationships and improve the sexual functioning. Her approach is based on feminist and queer theory, greater knowledge of the female sexuality, sex and body positivity movements.
