Co-Facilitated a Winter Solstice Breathwork session for 15 souls last night. Over the last year I’ve trained to become a certified Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator as well as a Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner. I have so much reverence for holding healing space for people.
