She also pushes in the gym... HARD, I think the dumbbells may fear her tbh. Too many of us hold back on eating more out of fear of unwanted weight gain, but muscle growth requires fuel. You need to eat enough to support muscle recovery & growth. You may be training hard but if you’re under eating, you’re holding back your progress. That’s exactly what I have focused on with Catie the last 10 months of us working together, getting rid of the mindset of staying small because that was limiting her from her true potential in her pursuit of competing. It’s been amazing to see her confidence grow, hormones & health markers improve, & see the fruits of her labor shine through.
