I normally do a lot of FOILAYAGE because a lot of my clients are naturally very dark and they do not like the warm under tones. FOILAYAGE is used with foils. Hand painted balayage is normally a open air concept. I would typically use this on a naturally level blonde wanting to brighten up a little. For this client I did a FOILAYAGE with @schwarzkopfusa blonde me and a root smudge blending into the toner for a seamless outcome. @olaplex @joico
